How to connect Bluetooth — Google Pixel
Check for a software update
Go to Settings, then System, then Software update. If one is available, install it first.
Turn on Bluetooth:
Go to Settings, then Connected devices, then Connection preferences, then Bluetooth, and turn it on. Or swipe down twice and tap the Bluetooth tile.
Put your accessory in pairing mode,
The same way as above: usually hold the power or pairing button until a light blinks, or use the car's Bluetooth menu to Pair.
Tap Pair new device,
Then tap the accessory name when it appears. If a pairing code shows on both screens, check that the codes match, then tap Pair.
Confirm it's connected:
The accessory shows under Connected devices as Connected. Test it.
If it doesn't appear:
Move closer, check it isn't connected to another phone, restart pairing mode on the accessory, and turn Pixel Bluetooth off and on again. If it still won't connect, use the "Bluetooth will not connect" guide.
